Jessica Perrin Barcomb is a NYS licensed massage therapist since 2002, and opened Retreat and Renew in 2005. After suffering from a serious injury and helping her grandmother recover from a stroke, she decided her passion lay in helping other people heal. Craniosacral therapy is her primary specialty that she has been doing for over 10 years. She loves that it listens to each individual, assisting them in truly healing themselves from emotional, spiritual, and physical trauma.

Craniosacral Therapy is done fully clothed, and is renowned for its relaxing, gentle technique and profoundly therapeutic results. Every trauma is stored in the tissue of the body, and that is what CST helps to release. Working with the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems and the deepest tissue of the body, it helps you bring back balance to promote healing in cases as varied as fibromyalgia, sciatica, TMJ, post traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury, migraines, and more! Every session is different as the trauma is released in layers until the root of the problem is found. It assists healing in both chronic and acute injuries. It also simply promotes general well-being and relaxation. It is an excellent therapy for all ages, and can work wonders with children, as birth trauma is one of the most traumatic of our lifetimes.

Swedish Massage uses long, soothing and relaxing strokes combined with gentle muscle kneading to enhance circulation, relieve tension and soothe tired muscles.

Pregnancy Massage uses Swedish techniques with proper positioning and support to ensure a pregnant woman’s comfort and relief from the added stress on her body. Enhances the connection between mother and child, enhancing well being and promoting a healthier pregnancy.

Reiki is an ancient Eastern technique that channels universal energy to heal all types of distress; be it physical, emotional, or mental.

Hot Stone uses hot basalt stones, balancing chakras and eliciting physical healing, mental relaxation and a spiritual connection to earth energy. This addition incorporates a whole new dimension to the massage experience.
$100 for a 1 1/2 hour session

Thai Massage has been practiced in Thailand for 2,500 years. Working with energy lines, or sen, this healing massage works externally to produce specific internal effects. Practiced on a firm mat, client remains fully clothed.

Spa Reflexology starts with an indulgent herbal foot soak, followed by an intensive foot massage concentrating on points corresponding to different parts of the body, enhancing your general well-being. Can be paired with paraffin wax hand treatment, for additional charge.

Ear Coning aids in problems such as tinnitus, vertigo, hearing loss, and itching of the ear. Sessions include a relaxing neck and face massage to aid in therapeutic tissue release and drainage. Each session lasts for one hour.

Facelift Massage reduces appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, and helps prevent more, all without surgery! Noticable results start in the first 1-3 sessions. Incredibly relaxing, a session lasts an hour and can be done with or without oil.
